Know which AI project is worth building.
The AI Readiness Audit maps how work moves through your business, identifies the useful opportunities, and gives you a phased plan you own. Start with the economics and constraints before committing to a build.
Free 30-minute AI Opportunity Assessment. We reply within 24 hours.
A decision document for your operation.
Map the work as it happens
We look at the handoffs, systems and repeated tasks behind a workflow. The map makes delays and duplicate effort visible before a tool is chosen.
Rank the useful opportunities
The audit weighs expected benefit against effort, data readiness and the decisions a person needs to own. Estimates are ranges with assumptions, not guaranteed savings.
Decide what happens next
You leave with an ordered plan and a recommendation about where to start. An audit can support a build, a simpler process change, or a decision to wait.
Useful when the problem needs a closer look.
You know the work is slow, but the first project is unclear
The audit is for established teams with repeated operational work: intake, documents, follow-up, reporting, or information moving between tools. We work with businesses of 5–100 people and $1M–$50M in revenue.
Bring the people who know the workflow
The useful starting material is the process you run today, examples of the work, the tools involved, and the people responsible for it. Discuss any access or data restrictions in the free assessment before sharing sensitive records.
Already know what to build?
A paid audit is not a mandatory toll. If your workflow is defined, we can discuss direct Implementation Sprint scoping. If a basic tool or process fix would solve it, a custom build may be unnecessary.
See what the plan looks like.
The sample audit shows two representative pages: an intake workflow map and a ranked set of opportunities. It uses the real deliverable structure; its composed workflow is not a client result.
The audit itself is $3,500–$8,500, fixed in writing before work begins, over 2 to 4 weeks. It buys analysis and a plan. Software implementation is a separate engagement.
100% of your audit fee credits toward a sprint signed within 60 days, up to 25% of the sprint price.
Before you decide.
Compare the published prices and bring your specific workflow to the call.
01Is this the same as the free assessment?
No. The free assessment is a 30-minute conversation about fit and possible next steps. The paid audit takes 2 to 4 weeks and produces a workflow map, ranked opportunities and a phased plan for your business.
02Do I have to hire you to build the plan?
No. You own the audit and can use it with us, another firm, or your own team. The recommendation may be to wait or to use a simpler tool.
03How does the audit credit work?
100% of your audit fee credits toward a sprint signed within 60 days, up to 25% of the sprint price. The cap depends on the sprint price; the written quote makes the credit clear.
04Can we go straight to implementation?
Yes, when you already have a defined workflow and enough detail to scope it. Start with the free assessment, tell us what you want built, and we can quote a sprint without a paid audit.
Start with the bottleneck.
Tell us where work stalls. We will discuss whether an audit, direct sprint scoping, or a simpler fix makes sense.
30 minutes to discuss the work, your constraints, and the next step that makes sense.
